The majority of our pieces are made by handloomed fabrics and handmade materials. All threads or irregularities in the patterns are part of the story of the fabric and the piece.
Alterations and Repairs
Fit is extremely important to us and an integral part of our brand identity. We’re happy to provide alterations for all of our pieces, if requested by the client before shipping is done. Alteration fees are subject to change and will be provided upon request. For all inquiries, please email us at email@example.com
Due to the fact that our main workshop is based in India, we do not have return availability. If you have received the correct order there is no possibility for the garment to be exchanged or returned.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request or explanation.
- A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.
The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly showing. We will use this information to best help you with your return.
Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
