What is the added value of buying from De Castro?
All of De Castro's pieces are made with the finest hand loomed fabrics. We run limited edition pieces for each of our designs, and each piece is unique in its own way.
Are all of your fabrics made by hand?
Yes. Part of De Castro philosophy resides in using natural and handloom fabrics. The majority of our collection uses ikat, natural cotton and pure silk.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Each order takes between 2 to 5 working days depending on the country of destination.
Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any charges for customs clearance. This is not under the control of De Castro, and this fee will be dependent on your country. Please be advised that De Castro is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@shopdecastro.com so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
How do I know what the best size is for me?

How should I wash my clothes?
We recommend all De Castro pieces to be handled with care. For cleaning purposes, we strongly recommend dry cleaning. On rare occasions pieces can be washed in the machine with cold water.
Do you have a store location?
Our Main store is in located in Mani Mahal, MI Road, Panch Batti, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001. We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please check our main menu to see other places where you can find De castro.
