De Castro operates through two sister companies: De Castro Moda LLC (United States) and De Castro Creations Pvt. Ltd. (India). Our pieces are in-house crafted in India by our artisans—that’s the heart of our brand and where every collection begins.

Where Your Order Ships From

Because our collections are made in India, most orders dispatch from India. When limited inventory is available domestically, your order may ship from the United States. In short, parcels may originate from India or from the U.S., depending on stock availability.

This origin difference does not change your service experience—our customer care team supports you the same way wherever your order is fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

De Castro offers worldwide shipping. Applicable duties, tariffs, import taxes, and customs fees are included in the final retail price, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no additional charges upon delivery under normal circumstances.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued  for 87% of the original purchase amount paid. 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a parcel is not successfully delivered and is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any import duties or taxes imposed on the return. These costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. We will process the refund minus these deductions upon receipt and inspection of the returned parcel.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If the item you ordered is out of stock or waiting to be restocked, you will receive an email from us. This email will provide you with the option to cancel the order or to request email notification when the merchandise is available again for sale.

Due to the artisanal process of our products, In stock items will get processed and shipped within 15-18 days.

 

PRE ORDERS

Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
