We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please keep in mind that many fabrics used in our garments do not come from massive manufacturing processes; instead, they come from traditional artisanal manual processes. Details in the spinning of the fabric are not considered errors but part of its beauty and uniqueness; therefore, they are not eligible criteria for returns.
Our Philosophy on Sustainability
We do not offer free returns. While data shows that free returns increase sales, it also indicates that more orders are placed without carefully assessing size guides. This increases both outgoing and returned shipments—a consequence that affects our environment. The only proven way to decrease our negative impact on the environment is through mindful shopping. We encourage you to read our sizing chart on each product, measure yourself, and contact Customer Service if you need extra help.

Return Process Requirements:

Inspection: All returned items will undergo an inspection. If an item fails due to signs of dirt, makeup, odor, perfume, deodorant marks, or wrinkles, the return will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags intact and attached.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes and bags.

Postage: You are responsible for arranging your own postage. We recommend using a Registered Postal Service and keeping a record of tracking details. De Castro LLC is not liable for the loss of garments during transit.

Notification: As soon as you ship your return, please notify us at returns@shopdecastro.com. Include your original order number, tracking details, and the reason for the return.
Refund Policy

Eligibility: Products must be unaltered and undamaged.

Costs: Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Once received, your return will be processed in 3–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once accepted.

Bank Processing: After our confirmation, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your banking partner.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, email us immediately at info@shopdecastro.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Custom products (special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Undelivered or Lost Packages

Undelivered: If a parcel is returned to our warehouse because it was not successfully delivered, the cost of return shipping and any duties/taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Returns: If a package is lost while being returned to us, we require proof of shipment (tracking number or shipping label). Without this proof, we cannot process a refund.
